Aina Jacob is a chief lecturer and dean at the school of science at the College of Education (Technical) Lafiagi, Kwara State, Nigeria. He has a PhD in science education. His PhD dissertation was on teaching electromagnetism in colleges, focusing on peer instruction dialogical argumentative model (PIDAM) and authentic learning among college students. He has been active in educational research through a group he established in the college to increase research and publications. He has secured two research grants from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) under the Institutional Research Board (IBR). Jacob has published over seventy papers in both international and national journals, reviewed manuscripts for over twenty international journals and is an editorial board member of three journals. He presented papers in both international and national conferences. He won the Publons Peer Review Awards, 2017.
